What is TickGrids - it's just like in those movie scenes where the character crosses out each day on their calendar leading up to an event. TickGrids allows you to do the same for every task/ project in your life.

What To Do - for each of your projects, decide what time-scale you want to complete it in, print out your TickGrid and cross out a box daily.

How does it work - physically crossing out boxes and visually tracking your progress is proven to increase the chances of you sticking to your project and completing it on time.

It is so simple it sounds stupid, but it works time and time again.

Grid Title:

e.g. "Days Without Chocolate"

  •   7-Day Grid
  • 30-Day Grid
  • 10-Day Grid
  • 60-Day Grid
  • 14-Day Grid
  • 90-Day Grid

Example - Giving Up Chocolate

Bob wants to lose weight, and decides to cut out chocolate for 30 days. He types in 'Days Without Chocolate' for the Grid Title, clicks the 30-Day Grid, and prints it out.

At the end of each day, Bob puts a big red cross into the next grid box. His TickGrid allows him to easily track his progress, as well as motivate him to complete his task.
